Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using resonantfire.com or booking any services offered
by Resonant Fire. By accessing this website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If
you do not agree, please do not use this website or book services.
1. About Resonant Fire
Resonant Fire is a sound healing and identity alchemy practice operated by Jenessa Eadeh. Services
offered include 1:1 EFT tapping sessions, private sound baths, and corporate sound baths. Resonant Fire
operates in the Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland (DMV) area, with virtual EFT tapping
sessions available to clients anywhere.
2. Services
Nature of services
The services offered by Resonant Fire are wellness and somatic healing services. They are not medical,
psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic services. Resonant Fire does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent
any physical or mental health condition. Sessions are intended to support overall wellbeing and personal
development.
Not a substitute for professional care
The services provided by Resonant Fire are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health
treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed
professional or emergency services immediately. If you are currently under the care of a medical or mental
health professional, please consult with them before beginning any new wellness practice.
3. Bookings and Payments
Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from Resonant Fire, whichever
applies. Resonant Fire reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices confirmed at the time of
booking will be honored for that booking.
Payment
Payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods
will be communicated at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through third-party
payment processors.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Client cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made
with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the session fee. Resonant Fire will make reasonable
accommodations for genuine emergencies at its discretion.
Resonant Fire cancellations
In the unlikely event that Resonant Fire must cancel a confirmed session, you will be offered a full refund or
the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of services offered, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be considered
at the sole discretion of Resonant Fire in cases of extenuating circumstances. Custom tapping script
recordings are non-refundable once delivered. If you have a concern about a service you received, please
contact email@resonantfire.com within 7 days of your session.
6. In-Person Sessions
Client responsibilities
For in-person private and corporate sound baths, you are responsible for ensuring that the space is safe,
accessible, and suitable for the session. This includes adequate floor space for participants to lie
comfortably, a reasonably quiet environment, and any accommodations discussed during the booking
consultation.
Travel
In-person sessions are available within the DMV area. Travel outside this area is available upon custom
arrangement. Any agreed travel fees will be communicated and confirmed prior to booking.
Health and safety
By booking an in-person session, you confirm that you and all participants are in good enough health to
participate in a sound healing experience. Please inform Resonant Fire in advance of any health conditions,
sensitivities, or considerations that may be relevant to the session.
7. Virtual Sessions
Virtual EFT tapping sessions are conducted via video call. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet
connection and a private, comfortable space. Resonant Fire is not responsible for technical difficulties on the
client side. If a session is significantly disrupted by technical issues on either side, Resonant Fire will work
with you to reschedule or offer a partial credit.
8. Session Recordings
Post-session audio recordings of your custom EFT tapping script are created and delivered as part of the
EFT tapping session service. These recordings are for your personal use only. You may not share,
distribute, reproduce, or resell them. Resonant Fire retains the right to use generalized session frameworks
for educational or marketing purposes, without including any personally identifying information.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on resonantfire.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio content, and the Resonant
Fire brand identity — is the intellectual property of Resonant Fire and is protected by applicable copyright
and trademark laws. The 5A Method is a proprietary framework of Resonant Fire. Nothing on this website
grants you any license or right to use any intellectual property without the express written permission of
Resonant Fire.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any
kind, either express or implied. Resonant Fire does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted,
error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resonant Fire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or any services. Resonant Fire's
total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount you paid for the
specific service giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resonant Fire, its owner, and any associates from any claims,
damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of this website or services, your
violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its
conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts located in Virginia.
14. Changes to These Terms
Resonant Fire reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on
this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted
constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
